My washing machine vibrates, shakes, thumps and moves in the spin-cycle. What are the possible causes of this problem?

Washer washes as usual, but doesn't spin dry. Clothes remain somewhat soaked when cycle complete.

The cold water comes in very slow. Verified that the pressure is good with the hose off, could the solenoid be clogged or failed? Hot water side is fine
