The replacement was well packaged and cushioned. The tray fit perfectly and has worked out very well! Might order 1 more as a spare before they become hard to find for our older microwave. Excellent!

I knew it would be easy to replace. What I didn't know was if I need the ring underneath it. I'm glad I listened to the agent because the whole thing set up and ready to go. No more balancing cups on plates.

Rotating cooking tray broke.
