I removed the two screws that hold the element to the back of the oven. Pulling the element out of the back, I removed the screws which connect the element to the electrical wiring. Toughest part, kneeling on my knees -- the part supplied fit like a glove and it works wonderfully well. Hint: measure the connectors to the wiring so that you order the correct length! Using a screwdriver and the new screws provided we attached the bracket to the back of the oven. Turned on the power; used the oven. Works perfectly.

The repair seemed very easy, even before I attempted it. When I recieved my part it was very obvoius that this was my problem part. The old element was worn out(21 yrs old). First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires. Attached the wires to the new heating element, screwed it back in. That's it.
I was glad they had the part for such an old oven.

After receiving parts, was getting rims unpackaged and removing the old rims, then and installing the new ones. Extremely easy to do. No tools needed

Super easy, 1 2 3 steps and your done. Make sure to turn power off, remove two screws off of back plate. Remove two screws on wire connectors. Throw old element away and connect both wires to new element and screw back into place. Turn power back on and start cooking.

First I took out the oven racks removed two screws then I pulled it out a couple of inches to expose the wires and removed the screw. Put the new element in place and replaced the two screws put the wires back and replaced the two screws that hold the element in place.
