Hi Derrick, try unplugging the unit and plugging it back in, if this error persists you will likely need to replace the control board. sadly I could not find this part, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly. Thank you for your question. If you set the burner to your desired temperature and it goes to a higher setting, the issue is the burner switch and it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps!

Hello William, thank you for contacting us. Remove the control knobs, they should slide off with firm pressure. Remove the screws on the overlay panel, which will give access to the control panel. You will also need to unscrew the control panel if controls are stuck beneath it. Unscrew it, you can now access all the controls and buttons. We hope this information helps.

The repair was simple; first I removed the 2 screws from the old element and disconnected the wires and then I inserted the new element reconnected the wires and replaced the screws . The repair was easy and took less that 15 min. The oven works as good as new and I saved alot of money by doing it myself.
Replaced clock control by removing surface burner control knobs and plastic nuts, and then the cover over the oven control. Two screw hold the clock in place, after removal and disconnecting the plug-in you can reinstall the new clock control. The Heat Sensor inside the oven will also need to be replaced.
