Purchased another Cooktop Control Knob assembly and pulled the old knob off carefully and replaced with the new Control Knob Assembly. It was very easy and quick ! Thanks FB

Hi output burner never worked correctly. Burned unevenly and created soot.

So for years have been struggling with this burner. Technicians could not figure out the problem. Then one day, I noticed that the top cover did not sit properly on the burner. Lifted up the burner with the cover on it and noticed that the burner itself was warped and deformed. The top cover never sat evenly on the burner. Ordered a

new burner and put it in and presto. The burner work properly for the first time since we bought the stove. So, check the burners and see if the top cover sits evenly on the burner.

The knobs arrived beautifully packed and fit perfectly. They needed replaced because I had put old ones in top rack of dishwasher and the finish, which is some kind of foil like paper, peeled off. I have always put knobs in dishwasher and never had a problem
