PB930SL2SS General Electric Range - Instructions

Started by turning off stove circuit breaker on main electrical panel. Pulled stove out to allow access to rear panel, removed rear panel to access the infinite control switch. Next I took a picture to show where wires were connected to original switch. Removed failed switch from front panel, disconnected one wire at a time and connected ... Read more them to corresponding connection on new switch. Reinstalled new switch to front panel and rear panel to stove. Pushed stove back in place and turned stove circuit breaker back on. Tested the new switch and all was working perfectly.

Remove old stained gasket and replaced with new. Only $57.00!

Took top of stove off, disconnected the heating element, re-installed the new element and now my stove works fine.

My husband had already removed the back plate form the stove and detached the wires from the old burner switch because it was keeping the burner on. He unscrewed the old switch and removed it. He then popped in the new switch, attached the wires to the correct contacts, and put the back plate back on. We plugged in the stove, and that ... Read more burner works good as new.

Once I opened up the back of the range, the sensor wires where there and burnt just like your info said. One nut to take off in the oven and the sensor came right out and the new one went right in. Unplugged oven, turned off breaker, took cover off back of oven, removed old sensor by disconnecting in back of oven and undoing screw inside oven. Pulled old one out replaced with new took 15min. Cost me less than $20. Parts Select rocks! Even received part in two days with standard shipping!

Really easy fix. Unplug oven. With a 5/16 nut driver take the 5 screws out of the center long tin cover and remove. Unplug little white temperature sensor plug located between broil heating element. removed the top section on stove and removed the wires off swtitch and put on new one then put new switch in

Took door apart to clean inside of glass door. scraped most of the wax from the stove 99%. Could not get the last 1%. Cleaned all parts. Put door back together again, put the door seal on after I got the right one. Had to reorder a new seal(one that was actually made for that model) messed up the first one and whalla! Ordered new probe

Removed 4 screws from back panel, disconnected small electricsl connector from sensor, removed one mounting screw from sensor inside oven,pulled wires through and removed old sensor. Fed wires for new sensor through and connected electrical connector, installed panel, installed mounting screw on sensor and checked oven, worked like a cham ... Read more p. Took 5 minutes.

Unplugged from wall outlet, then opened oven front door. Reached in and removed two screws. Pulled oven sensor threw and detached electrical connector from old sensor. Plugged in new oven sensor and reversed removal procedure. No more Flashing F2 and oven temperature came to ready. Very easy.
