This light lens cover is supplied by the original manufacturer for use with range hoods. It is a plastic rectangular cover measuring approximately 5.25 inches by 4 inches that protects the light bulb within the range hood. Over time, the plastic material may crack, warp, or become discolored, affecting the ability of the light to pass through the cover. Remove the screws that attach the old light cover to the range and pull it off. Position the new cover on top of the light bulb and reinstall the screws.
