Solution: Place tray on raised fitting moldings inside microwave. Issue: Our turntable broke "by itself" following us using our microwave without laying down any papertowel like we usually do. About a half-hour after being used to heat coffee, we heard a loud crack, and there it was in two pieces. We ordered the tray online from Parts
