Thank you for your question. If the buttons on the control panel do not respond, the issue is either with the control panel or the electronic control board. You will need to test the ribbon cable on the control panel for continuity with a multimeter to see if it is working correctly. If the control panel is fine, check the electronic control board. If there is corrosion where the ribbon cable attaches to the electronic control board, then the electronic control board will need to be replaced. If you have any questions, please let us know.
