LSDF9962ST (00) LG Dishwasher - Instructions

We replaced the rusty with the new ones.

Ordered the roller from Parts Select, slid the roller over the little spindle sticking out of the bottom rack and snapped it in place. Job done in less than one minute.

Took out old rack. Put in new rack. Done.

No other assembly required.

Snapped the rollers on.

Took off the broken one and snap on the new one.

Unsnapped broken holder and replaced with a new one. No tools necessary.

1. Slide out old rack assembly.
2. Slide in new rack assembly.

Not so much a "repair" because buying the whole assembly instead of just the rack means you don't have to do anything more than just slide out the old rack assembly and slide in the new one. It comes out like any cabinet or dresser drawer.

The parts are wrong and am trying to return them. There was no return information included with delivery. Calling the Customer Service number for assistance did not work.

I would just like to return these rollers and would like a return address.

I ordered four wheels to replace the two that were broken and to have two as spares. The wheels are to be snapped onto the bottom of the lower basket. The new wheels broke upon being installed. My extra wheels came in handy. I put them in very hot water for a few minutes to soften the plastic. I put a little Vaseline on the post they were ... Read more to be attached to. The wheels then slid on and snapped correctly.

Simply took the old clips off and put the new ones in.

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get the old one off, but the new one snapped on very easily and it’s worked really good since

I went to Youtube to get an idea of how to approach the repair. First turn off the electric power to the dishwasher. Then turn off the water valve that's connected to the dishwasher. Then disconnect both electrical and water lines connected to the dishwasher. Then remove the dishwasher from under the counter. Then place the dishwaher upsi ... Read more de down. Remove the old hose,and install the new hose. Place the dishwasher right side up, and reconnect the water line, and electric line. Place the dishwasher back in place, and you're done.

snapped on new axel-wheel assembly

These were a simple snap on item. It took longer to carry the parts from the porch that to install. Recently purchased house. Rollers were missing due to overload?? Removed the remaining roller pieces. Cleaned and straightened the axle shafts, spray lubed the tray and snapped the new pieces in place.

Crazy as it seems, the bottom spray bar was spraying water down thus pushing more water under the door. The spray bar top half separated from the bottom half and the gap was spray water down instead of through all holes like designed. Do this before repairing anything!!!
