I paid for the expedited shipping and they sent me a cheap knockoff attempt at the part that had the wrong size hole. So they refunded me the money I paid for the part but not the shipping, and then I crushed the part they sent me with a hammer and threw it away.

I am a woman and I did this in about 10 mins. I turned off the water, disconnected the water line, took the back off the fridge, disconnected the motor plug and unscrewed the fan. It took a little maneuvering to get the fan out but once I did it was a breeze. Opened up back door that housed the motor, took the motor out and put in the new
