How do I identify the correct part number for the front left dual element burner on my LG glass top stove?
Hello Harvey, thank you for your question. The Dual Element is part PS7795472. Thank you and have a great day.
Oven is not heating. I will set it for 375 and although it tells me it is ready, the internal temperature is only 250. I have to set the temperature for 450 - 500 to get the internal temperature close to 375. I have changed the temperature sensor but this didn't correct the problem.
Hello Lyle, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the control board, part number PS11773404, to solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!
A few minutes after turning on the oven, it completely shuts off and trips the breaker. There are times when oven never shuts off. It shuts off more often than not. Stove top can be used without issue. Range is on its own electric source. Same one for years with no issue.
Hi Pablo, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description, the issue is with the safety thermostat, part number PS3530468. It shuts off the range if it overheats. We would suggest replacing the thermostat to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
When using the oven, the stove will completely shut off after about 10 minutes of use. this does not happen all the time but 8 out of 10 times.
It does not turn off if the stove top is being used, only when the oven is on.
Hello Pablo, thank you for reaching out. According to our understanding, the issue is most probably with the relay control board, part number PS8751324. We would recommend replacing it to solve the problem. We hope this helps!
Hello, my dual element was not working properly, sometimes heating a bit but not well. We just replaced it and before putting it all back together checked the element. It went bright orange! Once together and back in place it is not working properly again. There is some heat that comes but not much. Any ideas??? Thanks
Hi Laura, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the description that you have provided, we would recommend making sure that you have installed the part correctly, and all the connections are intact. We would suggest reassembling the unit properly to fix the issue. Glad to be of help!

Dropped a hammer on the range while removing a ceiling light. Viewed a How-To video on Google. Ordered the needed parts. Followed the steps from the How-To video. Reinstall was a bit tricky by myself - could have used an extra set of hands. I have a few words of caution: 1) Put something between the range top and range - like a

I dropped a screw and was unable to retrieve it, even with a magnet. 2) Makes sure you remove all bumpers, screws, clips, etc. from the item being replaced and put them on the new item if the new item does not come with replacement bumpers, screws, etc.
