Part #6930W1A003X
The range thermostat is also commonly known as a stove, oven, cooktop, or range thermal fuse. This thermostat protects your oven from excessive heating, and will shut the oven heat off if excessive heating is detected. This is a genuine part sourced directly from the original manufacturer. You may need to replace this part if your appliance will not heat properly. It is made of metal and is approximately 1 inch in diameter. This part is sold individually. It is recommended to order a spare, especially if you commonly use the self-cleaning function in your oven.

Part #EBG61305805
This temperature sensor, also known as a thermistor, is compatible with various makes and types of appliances. This thermistor uses electrical currents to detect the interior temperature of the appliance it is in and by working with the control board, the board adjusts the level of cooling or heating through its heating or cooling element, depending on what is needed. If your appliance is being improperly heated or cooled, the temperature sensor may be to blame, and can be tested with a multimeter to check for continuity to see whether it is defective. Check your user manual for exact placement of this thermistor and any diagnostic information.

This is a genuine OEM leveling leg for various models of LG ranges. This leg is used to stabilize and support the range, and if damaged, broken, or missing, will cause your range to rock back and forth. Installing this leg simply requires you to lift on the corner you are installing it under, and then screw it in place until your range is stable. This approximately 2-inch leveling leg is sold individually, so if your range has multiple legs that are broken or missing, consider how many legs you need to order.

Part #MEE62385201
A dual radiant heater supplies heat to a cooking area beneath a glass cooktop. Replacement may be needed when one zone does not warm, only the inner or outer section works, or the element has a visible break. Normal radiant burners cycle on and off, so cycling alone does not prove a failure. Check the control switch and connections first, then match the replacement by full model number, location, size, mounting points, and electrical rating. Disconnect the range at the breaker and confirm the circuit is dead before service. Handle sharp metal edges and the glass top carefully, and return every bracket, shield, and wire to its original position.

Part #MHL63411403
This genuine OEM rack is placed inside your oven cavity, serving as a stable surface for your cookware. It measures approximately 25 inches by 17 inches. The wires can warp due to repeated temperature changes over time. Additionally, heavy or unevenly distributed loads can bend the rack structure, and accidental impacts during cleaning may result in broken rack supports, slides, or tubing. When this happens, it must be replaced. It is important to note that this rack is sold individually.

Part #MEE62306504
This sheath heater is a genuine OEM heating element designed for select LG oven and range models. Positioned at the top of the oven interior, it provides the heat necessary for broiling and, in some configurations, baking. Engineered to LG’s specifications, this component ensures consistent performance and even heat distribution. It replaces older part numbers and is constructed for durability under high-temperature conditions. Common reasons for replacement include uneven cooking, lack of heat during broil cycles, or visible damage to the element. Installation should be performed with the appliance unplugged, and compatibility must be confirmed using the model number, as similar parts may vary in size and shape.

Hammer 1, Glass range top and heating element 0

Dropped a hammer on the range while removing a ceiling light. Viewed a How-To video on Google. Ordered the needed parts. Followed the steps from the How-To video. Reinstall was a bit tricky by myself - could have used an extra set of hands. I have a few words of caution:
1) Put something between the range top and range - like a sheet or drop cloth - to prevent a dropped screw from falling into a crevice in the stove. I dropped a screw and was unable to retrieve it, even with a magnet.
2) Makes sure you remove all bumpers, screws, clips, etc. from the item being replaced and put them on the new item if the new item does not come with replacement bumpers, screws, etc.

The repair person could not complete the job as the part sent is totally wrong for the appliance. The company has not responded to me email sent 12/30/23 and there is no way to leave a voice mail or ask for a call back, due to large call volume. A live representative does not answer the phone.

Please check your emails. You ask for feedback on repair, but obviously do not take time to check emails for issues. Because the error is on the part of PartSelect I requested an RMA to return an incorrect part. Please respond by sending a shipping label so it can be returned for a refund. I have submitted a dispute with the credit card company since your company is negligent in customer service. Please email RMA shipping label to [email protected]
