s model has a terrible cold spot in the middle of the microwave pattern................ The repair was as simple as taking out the glass tray, pulling the assembly (plastic arms with wheels on the end) off, dropping the new assembly on, and replacing the glass tray.............. This is surely worth a first look before replacing the turntable motor.
