removed screws that held the door face to gain access to catch replaced catch reassembled door tried dryer works great!

roller axle broken, roller fell off

first-removed all axles from one side of rack. replace with new ones, replace rollers. repeat for other side of rack. VIOLA!!

I ordered all new axles even though not all of them were broken - I figured it was just a matter of time. Ordered one new roller because one was missing, and an extra one just in case. The website had great pictures, I compared the wheels I had and the broken axles with the pictures, and picked what I thought would match. They were perfect. I used pliers to pop the axle on, and my fingers to put on the wheels. It works perfectly now

I replaced the male end first hoping that a change in the female part would not be needed. Unfortunately no. I used needle nosed pliers to pry the male part out and pushed the new part in. The female part of the door catch was more difficult. I didn't do it in "textbook" form, but got the job done with pliers and a screwdriver. Worth ever

Took 3 screws out used the putty knife to pry the door a part then used the pliers to remove the old door catch and then sapped the new one and put the door back together and I was was done in less than 10 min.

Replacement for rusting 40 yr old rack

Tranfered wheels from old rack to replacement rack. Silverware caddy was a bit too big for the replacement. I gently bent the prongs on the rack a little and its fits perfect.

Rubber Water Delivery Tube split

Spray arm receiver went on easily. Then delivery tube slipped on to proper place easily. Total time for repair was less than 5 minutes.
My biggest problem was getting the replacement parts. I ordered the parts on June 3. The Spray Arm Receiver was shipped that day. On June 10th when the delivery tube(showing in stock) still had not b ... Read more een shipped I called Customer Service. The warehouse that received my order was out of stock. The customer service rep transferred my order to another warehouse that had the delivery tube in stock and it was shipped that day. I received the delivery tube today, June 18.

Incredibly simple! You just pop the other plastic catch out with a butter knife and pop the other on in. This is the second time I have done this over the last 4 years or so.
