We have a remote cottage in Canada with a dishwasher over 30 years old. Since you have to get there by boat we didn't want to have to get a whole new dishwasher installed. I couldn't believe it. For about $20.00 my dishwasher was fixed by my husband in less than a half hour. It was easy to order the parts from you, they were shipped immediately and worked perfectly. Thank you so much for your help with our dishwasher parts. I was laughed out of Lowe's, Home Depot, Sears and H.H. Gregg when I took my old parts there looking for help with replacement parts. I removed the old, brittle and leaky water delivery tube by hand and at the outlet and at the inlet end, by cutting it away with an exacto knife. I then heated the new tube under hot water and coated each end with dishwasher soap. With only a modest amount of manipulation, both ends slipped easily into place and the hose was immediately ... Manually remove old tube and simply replace with new tube - no tools!

Simply replaced the wheels/axiles and brackets using functioning ones as template. No problem at all.

I ordered all new axles even though not all of them were broken - I figured it was just a matter of time. Ordered one new roller because one was missing, and an extra one just in case. Removed all old rollers and axles. A couple of them did not want to come off, so I "hit" them with a screwdriver. Put on all new axles and replaced the r ... Read more ollers. The whole project took about 10 minutes. SUPER EASY. CHEAP FIX FOR MY OLD DISHWASHER.

The website had great pictures, I compared the wheels I had and the broken axles with the pictures, and picked what I thought would match. They were perfect. I used pliers to pop the axle on, and my fingers to put on the wheels. It works perfectly now

first-removed all axles from one side of rack. replace with new ones, replace rollers. repeat for other side of rack. VIOLA!!

Pulled off old tube and slipped on new one.

Tranfered wheels from old rack to replacement rack. Silverware caddy was a bit too big for the replacement. I gently bent the prongs on the rack a little and its fits perfect.

I put a whirlpool tube on my Jen more dishwasher . Fits like a glove.

followed the tutorial video and just removed the old one and the new one slipped right on.

we used hot water to soften the ends of the tube and then slid it onto the two ends of the parts in the dishwasher. It did take a little bit of "push" to get it on one end, but nothing we could not handle. I would say anyone with common sense and willingness to fix something them selves would have no problem. Like the video showed but very hard to stretch tube over wider part on interior of top shelf. Read afterwards that hair dryer would have helped. Video should mention that. Bruised hands and wrists getting it on good.

Closed water supply--Turned circuit breaker off to dishwasher--removed lower panel on dishwasher--removed the two wires from water inlet valve--disconnected water supply line--removed angle fitting from old valve & installed in new valve--reinstalled new valve & connected water line & 2 wires--This fixed problem.

ReplacING the tube was not a big job but the old tube had come apart and pieces had lodged in the sprayer arm. I used a toothpick and nut pick to dislodge the pieces and restore full water flow.
