KUD121SS1 KitchenAid Dishwasher - Instructions

Very easily!! I am 19 years old and repaired the dishwasher for my grandmother in about 15 minutes. Great products.

Repair was fairly easy, had to swith the mounting bracket from the old valve no problem. Install reconnected the water and the dishwasher works great now!

After checking for blockages in the drain line and finding none, I disassembled the wash wand assembly and discovered a gasket that had really deteriorated. Read more atch the excess water. The bracket that came with the new prt was a different configuration, but i swapped the new with old and it worked. I addition to the valve being bad the dishwasher upper and lower arms were somewhat clogged. I looked online again and followed YouTube instructions to clean. The dishwasher is cleaning like it is new. I would recommend to anyone doing work on their dishwasher to use part select and thoroughly clean the upper and lower arm.

For several years I endured difficulty in pushing in and pulling out a fully loaded lower dishwasher tray in my KitchenAid Superba dishwasher. Read more on to Part Select's website to find a replacement. When I got it in the mail I replaced the one that broke. I noticed how much more rigid the wheel then ran on its "track." The hardest thing was getting the old one off and easy snapped the new one on

One of the axles broke off, requiring no removal. The other wheel broke off, but the axle remained. That required squeezing (pliers) to push out. Replacement was easy; just put wheel onto axle and push axle through mounting space. Total: 5 minute job.

Very, very simple. The axles are nylon plastic and snap into the plastic-coated metal grid that forms the lower dishwasher rack. Over time they get brittle and break.
Replacement consists of snapping the old axle out of the rack and snapping the new one in. I replaced some of the wheels at the same time, as we had lost them. ... Read more The wheels don't seem to wear out, so if you did this repair in time, you could re-use the wheels.
These little axles are EXPENSIVE ($3.50 each!), but for $30 you can replace all eight of them, and your dishwasher rack will work like new again!

I removed the broken axle with the help of a small screwdriver and replaced it with a new one. Then I installed a new roller, which was easy because all I had to do was push it on with my fingers.

One of the easiest repairs I've ever made on anything and now I'm happy because my wife is happy!

Old roller wheels and axles were broken and already falling off. I simply replaced the roller axles and snapped on the new roller wheels.

Simply popped on new axles and wheels and dishwasher works like new!

screwed it in. Closed the door. Voila, it works!

I simply removed the broken wheel brackets and snapped new ones on. then the wheel just sliped on. It took some good hand strength.

While replacing the water valve I broke the float switch. Ordered the switch....it was here in 2 days. Great service! Will use this company again....I hope not all that much. lol
