Replaced the drawer

Repair went well,took about five to ten minutes to disconnect the power from the fridge removed the defective switch installed the new one ,reconnected the power,,,and Let there be light and there was light!

Ordered the new part, it was the perfect size and slipped right on to the existing brackets.

replacement went easy most of the time was spent removing the ice build up

Removed old gasket. Wiped everything down. Popped in new gasket.
It was a little tedious, but it went in easy enough. Some reviews said the new gasket was kinked and bent. Mine I am happy to say was smooth. Referencing the info/schematics you have on your website, I unscrewed/unattached top-front panel (carefully), from behind the panel you have to detach the wires (2) from the switch, pushed "in" the switch to remove, put in new switch and attach wires to test BEFORE remounting panel. Don not completely remove holding icemaker screws. Unit slips over screws and drops down into place and the use nutdriver to tighten in place. Rest of unit was sound and wasn’t replaced.
After icemaker is installed wait for a while and unit self activated and creates ice cubes.

This was a simple install. I just replaced the glass shelf on the sliding shelf bracket.

I was prepared for the part not to fit because it's a 23-year-old fridge, but it fit perfectly, no issues whatsoever. I plan to buy a crisper drawer as well. Glad I found this vendor.

Very easy to install

purchased shelf, installed shelf.

Used 2 Stainless bushings and a short screw to attach to side of door.

I took a chance and ordered a switch that is next to the top of the door. looked for how to remove it easily done in ten minutes works fine last long time.

I took out the old socket by moving a clip. Reattached the electrical wires, clicked in the socket and that was it.

The repair story webpage has some problems. I want to rate it "very helpful" but it showed "not helpful". I am pleased with the order service. It was very hard to find the parts on the web.
