This evaporator fan motor is located in the back of the freezer, and circulates air over the refrigerator coils. These coils will convert the heat into cool air, which is then circulated. NOTE: Per manufacturer this part no longer includes bracket.

This part turns the light on/off as the door opens and closes.

The thermistor changes resistance as it senses the refrigerator temperature and sends a corresponding voltage to the pc board.

The body of this evaporator fan motor has four wires extending from the body, blue, red, yellow and one white one.
