Hello Don, thank you for your question! We would recommend checking the Range Cooling Fan as it might have become faulty, the part number is PS12347171. The control panel cooling fan circulates air through the control panel area to cool the controls. We would also recommend checking that the wire is properly connected. We hope this solves your problem!
Hello Abdul, Thank you for your inquiry. Researching the model number that you have provided, we show the compatible burner cap kit as part# PS11738153, it contains the covers for all of the burners. Good luck with your repair.
My oven will not come on even though the stove top does.

Hi Gerald,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multi-meter. When testing the sensor with a multi-meter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature and it should be unplugged from the oven. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. If the sensor checks out fine, you will need to check the electronic control board, the oven elements and the wiring between the parts to see which one is causing the issue. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

I turned the oven on yesterday and after I finished I went to turn the oven off by pressing the cancel button and it would not shut off. Also the previous couple times using it, I would set the timer and it would shut the oven off when I pressed the timer button a second time to start the timer. What part needs to be replaced?

The gas stove periodically gives me an error message of “F2E0”. A search on your site advises to replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
I am unable to determine if the touch pad is separate from the control pad or if it is one assembly.
Thank you.

Hello Brian, thank you for your question. The touchpad and control panel are two different parts. The control panel assembly (part number: PS11701704) houses display components and selection buttons. Replacing the control panel assembly can potentially solve the F2E0 error that is related to the touchpad and keys. We hope this helps. Please feel free to contact customer service for further assistance. Thank you.
I numbered every part. ex: 1 L., for first part removed left side. I used a magic marker to circle the holes and wrote the number of screws used on the part, set the srews in a separete place, so that I new where these screws went to. The cleanup was pretty time consuming, but I was able to keep my stove, when every repairman I called to fix my stove told me I was better off buying a new stove. ($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. I did not know this. I just purchased the top and sides. I got lucky, the back and bottom were still in good shape. So I guess I should have read the description of the part more carefully to see what it covers, before I ordered it. It took two people two hours to do the work, it was really nice to have an extra set of eyes, to remember what direction pieces of metal from the stove went. I would do it all over in a heart beat instead of buying a new stove.

This product comes in a bottle with a brush like Liquid Paper. It goes on incredibly easy. A second coat might be needed. I wanted to prevent rust from setting in so I covered the scratches and dings. The paint is a little brighter since my washer is 10 years old but it still looks great.
