KRFF302ESS07 KitchenAid Refrigerator - Instructions

Ordered the part. When came in I took it out of the box and slid the two end posts into the provided holes. Lid fixed in less than 5 minutes. Part came in on the third day because I ordered on Friday afternoon.

The replacement is easy, no tools required. The gasket fits in a channel along the edge of the door. It's easy to see how it fits, when the old gasket is removed. Just pulled the old one off with fingers, and pressed the new one in place.

Followed your instructions: gasket came coiled in the box and was slightly curled up. Both left & right side of gasket were linked. Followed your instructions to properly restore the shape. Pulling the old gasket off and installing the new one took just a few minutes

You just take the old door bin out by sliding it up and replace with the new bin by sliding it down in the door.

The part came the next day, very quick. The wrong size ended up in box we recieved. The part # we ordered was correct, just a mix up in the packaging process. Remove rail and removed broken black plastic spring mechanism with new one and then replace rail.

Replaced the rail and slide baskets. Also readjusted the basket. This was extremely easy and saved me close to $500

When I received the gasket I laid it out on the floor in a spare room not too far from a heat register to let it straighten out. (If it were summer or sunny weather here I would have laid it out in the sun.) He followed instructions and other tips but the first section took a while before it would stay inserted. Once it did though, the rest of the gasket snapped in very quickly. I am happy the seal is much improved.

Top bottom then sides took about 15 min

Simply cut the water tube on both sides of connector and push in the new one.

Very easy-slightly bend the end piece to fit over the peg.

repair was extremely easy.
Whether it was magnets weakened or seal getting stiff with age not allowing it to seal well, these gaskets improved it. Still not as strong a magnetic pull as it could be though. Watched video. Unplugged refrigerator and popped out switch. In plugged connector and pushed switch in place. Plugged in refrigerator and the light worked

After the original center crisper drawer slide rail broke and and second also looking in deep into your parts catalog I discovered that the refrigerator never came with a crisper frame brace from the store or factory.
