removed unit from cabinet tested switch it was OK checked wiring and found shorted out wire leading to switch. cut out bad section and spliced wire back together
problem solved

Put cribbing on a dolly, slid the oven out of the cabinet. Unfastened the upper broiler element allowing removing temperature sensor screw. Removed all the back panels and pushed the temperature sensor wire clip thru to the oven, Pushed the new emperature sensor wiring back thru the hole to the back. Removed and repalaced the blower re co ... Read more nnected the wire harnes for the blower and temperature sensor.. Replaced all the back panels and slid the oven back into the cabinet. Re attached the temperature swensor and re fastioned the upper broiler element. All went well and am glad the sales lady sent the how to videos. The videos were foir a different model but were essentially the same.

Found a solution on YouTube.

I removed the four main holding screws from the lower oven and top oven. Removed the rails that were held by the four screws.

I pulled the oven out about 6 inches.

Then I removed the four end screws that help the control panel in.

The control panel then came off it ... Read more s mount and I tool off the ground clip and the electrical connector and removed the panel.

I put the new panel on using the reverse directions as above.

The wall oven then worked perfectly.

EASILY REMOVED GLASS COVER INSIDE OVEN AND REMOVED SMALL HALOGEN LIGHT BULB.
RECEIVED REPLACED WITHIN TWO DAYS OF ORDER AND REPLACED BULB AND GLASS COVER IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
MOST DIFFICULTY WAS HAVING TO BEND DOWN TO REACH INSIDE OF OVEN TO LOCATE POSITION TO INSERT BULB.

I spoke to Daily via the phone and I ordered a new steamer since my original steamer cracked over a period of time. No installation, no problems I just recently used it and works perfectly! Thank You!

Turn the grill support 90 degrees to the opening in ceiling of micro. Insert then turn back 90 degrees so the support is in-line with the slot. Hang the wire on the support. Hours of worry over what this was gonna cost me to get repaired, then a 45 second fix costing only 29 bucks.

Took about 10 seconds... turn the new ceramic holder sideways, push up in the hole, bring the element up to position and twist the ceramic piece 45 degrees into place to hold element. That's it!!! Very simple....

We ordered element support 3 times and all three times it came broken. The part is made of porcelain and is fragile , representative asked warehouse to pack it in the box and part still came in envelope.
Requested refund and ordered directly from factory.

This is an oven gasket that 'snaps' in place - no tools, no problems, no 'brains' needed :)
