KMBP107ESS21 Whirlpool Microwave - Instructions

no repair needed - ordered part, came within 3 days - very satisfied

I took the new tray out of the box and placed it in the microwave oven.. No tools needed.

Could not complete the repair due to broken part when arrived. Reached out to service department but have not heard back. Maybe email did not go through due to pictures attached of part condition once arrived.

We had to remove screws from the vent covers above and below the microwave, then there were 2 screws (one on each side) that attached the microwave to the oven. Once all of the screws were removed we had to pull the microwave out. Then we pulled the light cord out, removed the burnt out light and installed the new one. Then reversed the ... Read more steps.

Well the repair went Ok. The probelm happen on the following Monday. You see I ordered this part over the phone because I had to make sure it would arrive in time for Thanksgiving.

Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. I took the new try out of the box and placed it on the turntable and I was DONE! Took about 10 seconds. The delivery was speedy as promised. I will definitely order from this company again for replacement parts.Very good customer service and communication.

Lifted out the chipped one, inserted the new one. Pretty simple.

Ordered a new cooking tray and it was shipped within two hours. Packaging was excellent and well protected.

Following instructions of other purchasers of this part on the website, I merely inserted the part in the hole, then turned it while putting it under the front coils of the broiling unit. Couldn't have been easier!

Honestly, I was afraid to order from this website, but after reviews, I placed my order, and 2-3 days later, my glass tray was replaced in my Microwave! I was freaking out because you just cant go back to Sears or Standard Brands and get a new one...everything is on-line. Im VERY happy.
