Turn the grill support 90 degrees to the opening in ceiling of micro. Insert then turn back 90 degrees so the support is in-line with the slot. Hang the wire on the support. Hours of worry over what this was gonna cost me to get repaired, then a 45 second fix costing only 29 bucks.

EASILY REMOVED GLASS COVER INSIDE OVEN AND REMOVED SMALL HALOGEN LIGHT BULB.
RECEIVED REPLACED WITHIN TWO DAYS OF ORDER AND REPLACED BULB AND GLASS COVER IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES.
MOST DIFFICULTY WAS HAVING TO BEND DOWN TO REACH INSIDE OF OVEN TO LOCATE POSITION TO INSERT BULB.

The ceramic hanger that holds up the element for the convection over broke

Took about 10 seconds... turn the new ceramic holder sideways, push up in the hole, bring the element up to position and twist the ceramic piece 45 degrees into place to hold element. That's it!!! Very simple....

We ordered element support 3 times and all three times it came broken. The part is made of porcelain and is fragile , representative asked warehouse to pack it in the box and part still came in envelope.
Requested refund and ordered directly from factory.
