Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Simply placed new dish on the rotating hub.

Remove old filter & insert replacement filters

Remove the screws holding the bottom vent plate to the upper unit, using a Phillips head screwdriver. Loosen a front screw last, but don't remove it. While supporting the plate in one hand, unscrew the final screw with the other. Lower the front of the bottom plate - tabs in the rear will prevent the plate from falling out. Bend the o ... Read more uter tabs holding the old filters in place, to allow them to be slid out. Insert the new filters & bend the tabs back into locking position. Raise the bottom plate and finger tighten a front screw. Replace and tighten all screws. This is also a simple way to remove/clean/replace the mesh filters. I've pulled the D-rings off trying to slide them out from below.

I just looked at the broken one to see where it broke and looked at the microwave. I realized that there were two screws that were supposed to hold the vent grill along with 3 slots on the bottom. I inserted the slots on the bottom into the preset spaces for them, lined up the top with the two screws and screwed them into place. Checked t ... Not so sure this would qualify as "instructions", but I only needed a screwdriver because the "D" rings of the old vent filters broke off and I had to pry to old ones out. The only bummer was the packaging ... super huge box for small tiny parts. Otherwise, I now know where to go for replacement parts. 1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket. 2. Remove the 10 screws holding the bottom cabinet cover in place. The bottom cabinet cover will swing down allowing acces to the inside ofe the microwave. 3. Remove the connector from the turntable motor. 4. Problem was easily diagnosed using the internet as a resource, problem was a bad stirrer motor. Hardest part of the repair was the removal of the microwave. Once off the wall, you remove the outer cover and a molded plastic casing directly underneath the outer cover at the top of hte microwave to expose the stirrer motor. Removed two scre ... The kit I recvd included among other things the motor, a new inside cover, plastic rivets and even silicone to seal the inside cover. I am sure I saved a couple hundred dollars by doing myself.
