KHMC18 KitchenAid Microwave - Instructions

Arrived in 24hours!!! Great.

Removed 2 screws on the top of the microwave and removed top/front piece of microwave. Slid out old filter (which didn't look dirty at all) and replaced it with the new one. Replaced top/front piece and 2 screws. It took less than 5 minutes.

Watched video which reminded me to order support for the turntable support ring and did exactly what the person in the video did. Excellent and prompt service and all parts fit.

After researching online, I found that I needed the turntable drive coupling, part#PS993087. when I went to your site it showed the same part but the part number had changed but said it would fit my microwave. Being a single women and having to figure out how to fix the things on a small buget, I'm learning a lot and have a lot of respect for men that know how to do all the repair stuff. just replace need cooking tray

--simpley removed 2 screws, removed old filter--but had PLENTY of cleaning to do before putting in the new filter !My husband LOVES to cook and pan fry foods--it won't go that long before being replaced in the future!

I unscrewed the filter cover, replaced the charcoal filter and replace the cover. The other wire mesh filter slides right into place. You sent me the right parts for my filter replacement on my microwave. Easy install. Thanks

The problem I have with changing the bulb is my microwave is an overhead one and therefore I cannot tip it on its side to easily replace the bulb. I have to drop the lid down and carefully install the new bulb from underneath.

Twas really easy considering that all I had to do was place the plate back in the microwave. Easy Peasey

Tray arrived in a short period of time and was a perfect match.

Unscrewed light cover then inserted lights. When I called your company gave them the model Number they knew the exact part needed promptly mailed the replacement lights.

Took the replacement plate out of the box and put it in the microwave in seconds. I never realized how much of a difference having the correct microwave plate would make. It's great to have it back.
