Too Small
Your website says these are the replacement rubber tips for the grates on the range. They arrive and they are too small and fall out. I spoke to the "chat" on your website. I am informed they do not sell the rubber tips separately. You have to purchase a new set of grates for $294. Ridiculous. Why sells rubber tips for grates that don't fit the existing grates. I wasted $24 in purchasing the grates which included $9.99 shipping and $5.40 shipping to return the item.

REPLACING burner head and ignitor
Remove the screw on the front of each side, also there are two screws holding the burner controls. Remove the burner knobs. There are two screws holding the burner head to the top of the burner panel, looking down on the burner head, these will not come out easily. Here's where the drill comes in. Drill the two screws head off, there are two gas line connections that must be removed, be careful not to twist the gas line. Remove the burner head and replace with the new one. When replacing the burner head, screw the gas line to the burner head first, then to the main gas control.

replace pads or feet on steel grate of gas stove
pull old ones out of legs. need to glue new ones in, they fit too loose. Some kits contain glue. get some high temp head gasket cement. a drop on each one is plenty. I used some old porcelain glue and hope it will hold. the pads are 2 bucks each plus shipping so don't let them get away!!!

Grate Pads Missing from stove top grate
Used cement/glue that is made for this application. Put small amount of glue in grate hole and installed grate pads. NOTE: The only issue I had was receiving an alarm from my credit card company that an international charge had been made. This was scary as I haven't done business with PARTSELECT before and didn't realize they were HQ'd in Canada. Delivery was on time as promised. Easy to order, etc. I will definitely use them as needed!!

Missing regulator when floor model gas cooktop was purchased
1. Apply gas pipe joint sealer to treaded nipple on bottom of cooktop; 2. Install regulator on nipple with regulator direction arrow pointing to top of cooktop; 3. Tighten but do not overtighten as it may crack the aluminum body regulator; 4. Make sure the face of the regulator with the green painted surface faces the outside of the cabinet; 5. Get a new gas flex hose to connect to gas pipe (got mine at Lowe's - 2 feet long with all the right fittings for about $15). 6. Follow instructions on gas flex hose - make sure you use gas pipe joint sealer only where indicated; 7. Turn gas shutoff valve back on and test for leaks using soapy water; 8. Turn on each cooktop burner to bleed out air.
