took the screws out and then put the new element in and that was all.

Took out bottom drawer and unplugged power cord, slid unit out to reach back panel,removed front door( 2 Phillips screws) making it easier to reach back of oven, removed screws inside of oven holding element in place, took plate off rear and removed the spade connectors with needle nose pliers. Slid new element into oven and replaced scr ... Read more ews inside of oven. Connected the two spade wires on the back and replaced rear panel. Slid unit back in place and plugged the 220v power cord back in. Straightforward and very simple! It took 3 times longer to clean the oven while it was disconnected than it did to replace the element.!

Just followed the instructions

Pretty easy installation; you lift the top plate up and snip the wires maybe four inches away from the burner. Leave more wire than you think you need; once you get into it you'll realize you need more wire length than you think.

Then strip the remaining ends, twist them together with the provided caps, and use the heat shrink ... Read more to hold it together. Remove the old terminal, replace it with the new ones, and you're good to go!

Remember to check that the wires are tight in the cap before heat shrinking, though. I had to get more shrink wrap in order to finish.

Turn off power, remove heat coil assembly and drip pan. Unscrew the terminal assembly from the range top. Cut back 3 inches on each terminal wire and strip insulation 3/8 inch. Read more each wire and Twist each old with each new wire using the wire nuts and slide the shrink wrap Over each. Using a hair dryer, heat gun, or open flame carefully shrink the wrap. Secure the terminal back in place on the range.

Removed the old & simply inserted the new one

Just replace the parts. Too easy for an old man.

Your website is great...easy and it literally took me no mote than 5 minutes to find what I needed and order...and received it VERY quickly. Must say I was dreading going to some parts house that we have in our town in bad area, and searching on dusty shelves for what I needed...am so glad I found you!!

I pulled out the stove from the wall and unplugged it. I then used a socket set with a long extension which made it easier to reach the rear wall of the stove. Read more othes pins to hold them in place. After I received the new element (Two Days) I reversed the process. Using a socket set it is very easy to tighten the screws to much. Be careful to just snug the screws. I plugged the unit back in and slid it back in place and turned it on.

It was simple.............the range-top tilts up so I proped it with a stick of wood, pulled out the old burner and plugged in the new one (when I saw how inexpensive the new element was I orderd two to replace the other 8" because it didn't look long for this world either). I turned off the circuit breaker to the range. Next I removed the two screws that fastened the element to the rear of the oven. Then I pulled the element out far enough to be able to reach the spade clips and disconnected the element. I connected the replacement element to the clips and fastened it to the rear of the oven with the two scr ... Read more ews. I turned the circuit braker on and the element functioned properly.

Really easy process. First I unplugged the oven for safety then I proceeded to remove the 2 screws that were holding the old element in place. Next I removed the old element then installed the new one. After installing the two screws I connect the oven back to its power source and BANG!............. It works like a charm

Open the door and slide in the new rack.

This range is probably 30+ years old. Still works great. Just needed to replace the Drip Bowls.

First I removed the two screws that hold the element in place. I then pulled the element out about 3 inches and disconnected the two wires, replaced witht he new element
