First we watched a YouTube on how to replace the thermostat. It was easy to turn off the circuit breaker. It was a little tricky to pull the range away from the wall and then we were able to unplug. Because our range is a dual fuel model, the back had a lot more screws to remove to get to the thermostat because there were covers over a ... Read more lot of wires and the gas line I presume. However, we did get off the 12 or so screws with a regular screw driver. We easily located the thermostat and quickly realized that the two screws holding the thermostat in place were neither flat head nor phillips. We were able to remove one of them and merely twisted it sideways, installed the new thermostat with one screw and attached the wires. When we flipped the circuit breaker and plugged in the over, Voila, it worked. The hardest part was getting all the covers off the back. I hope it doesn't happen again because this was an expensive replacement part.

Installed a new thermostat and noticed the convection heating element wire had burned in two. Ordered new element and installed. Oven is currently working properly again.

I used the digital multimeter for measure the voltage in the burner and in the digital part,I saw the electric cables

My story isn't so much about the repair but the fine service from part select. My 1st order was lost at delivery at our house. Part select quickly corrected the mishap with no issues. This kind of service is much appreciated.

Unwrapped the package, plugged the probe into the oven, stuck the other end into the chicken.

I watched the video, purchased the correct heating element and did the repair as illustrated in the video. I simply removed the cook top, removed the ground wire, removed the wiring harness, removed the failed heating element, installed the new heating element and reinstalled the wiring. Piece of cake!

unscrew 3 screws under the control panel and pull that away from the glass top making sure the wires don't come apart from the connectors. care fully slide the glass forward and replace the burner which was the easy part. DO NOT try to test without making sure that none of the burner are touching the metal surface!!!!!!!! it will trip you ... Read more r breaker. A breeze. Lifted top, propped it, removed defective element, disconnected wire modules,connected modules to new element, fastened new element, closed top.

The range top came off with two screws under the front portion of the glass top (by the oven door). I unplugged the connection plugs at the rear off the range top, unscrewed the rear screws holding the heating unit in place and plugged in new element and reassembled range unit. Removed burned out burner, replaced new burner tested works fine

I removed the broken slide by removing 1 screw on the front slide and the back of the slide came out of the slot in the very back (no screws). I fitted the back of the slide into the slot and then replaced the screw on the front of slide. Extended the slides then I pressed the tabs on the drawer and replaced in onto the slides (left an ... Removed the therminal block and put the new one in.Using a screwdriver, very easy repair.
