First, I turned the breaker off to the oven, that's the most important step.
Next, I turned on the oven to make sure the oven was not energized.

Naturally the oven turned was off but for added safety I also set the breaker protecting the oven to the off position. Where the element attaches to the oven there is a small plate with two screws holding the element in position. Using needle nose pliers gently pull on one of the wires to remove it from the element. Now remove the other and discard the old element. Simply plug the new element into those wires and screw the plate back into the oven. Now turn the breaker back on and you're done. Super easy!

Just like you said,remove two screws,pull out element,disconnect wires,install new part. It was easier to pull out stove and hook up wires.

I then plugged the two wires into the new element slowly slid the wires and element back into place and put the two screws back in... and it worked perfectly. I did it all in less than five mins. removed 2 screws . pulled out the 2 wires and disconect them. took out the element. Put the new element in and hooked the wires up. placed the metal bracket to the back and put in the 2 screw and turned it on and it worked like new.

First I unpluged the stove, then I removed the two screws that hold the heat element in place. Then I pulled the heat element out a couple of inches and disconnected the two wires.
I just plugged in the new element wires, pushed the element in place and replaced the screws.
