I subsequently discovered a diagnostic document hidden under the upper right door hinge, which helped me narrow the problem down to the upper (refrigerator) evaporator fan motor. After r

eplacing the fan motor, my refrigerator is up and running again. The only challenge was accessing and removing the access panel(s) and air column. Once those were removed, replacing the fan motor was simple.

Hardest part is access to the icemaker itself. Once I removed the freezer door (bottom drawer freezer), and got the sliding basket out, it was a 10 minute job. Make sure you start the upper screws first, the icemaker will hang there while you adjust, connect the harness, and tighten. Make sure you are ready before you close the door, it

My Whirlpool model (GB2FHDXWS09) Fridge and freezer would not get cold. The compressor would turn on for about 5 seconds and turn off. I called parts Direct and they knew it was the Capacitor right away. I also ordered the Start Relay just to replace it as well, that was my choice.

Super great place to shop, watch help videos and get the answers you need for what you need. Super happy with everything about this company and the person that helped me on the phone to place the order and confirm I was ordering the right part.
Done and working. Took me about 5 minutes. Everything is plug and play besides taking a few screws off the back.
Thanks Team !

Awesome! Couldn't ask for it any better. I watched the video from Partselect multiple time and was just as easy as they said it would be. It took me longer to watch the video four times than it did for me to install it. I have a habit of 10 minute projects turning into a couple hours and this took about 10 minutes. Thanks.

The part came the next day, very quick. The wrong size ended up in box we recieved. The part # we ordered was correct, just a mix up in the packaging process. I called and the customer service dept. had a new correct crisper pan delivered to my door two days later. Even with the mix up it was very fast and a good price compared to oth

The deli drawer on this refrigerator rides on two plastic hinges on the end caps and opens and closes when you slide the drawer in and out. One of the hinge broke off the end cap and would not let the drawer stay in place or operate properly.
