JMV9186WS2 Jenn-Air Microwave - Instructions

Took the front off and behind a plate was the fuse, so I replaced it for what good that did!!!

I didn't do the repair -- my husband did, said it was easy, had no problems what so ever! The new bulbs give a lot more light to the cooking area.

Time to replace the charcoal filter

Unplug microwave. Remove turntable and support from inside. Remove outside bottom cover (10 screws). Remove 2 torx screws holding motor in place. Remove 2 wires from motor, noting colors. Stood on a step stool (microwave over stove), took off the one panel,removed old filter and put in new one

You had alerted that it was imperative to unplug unit before starting to remove defective bulb. As described, there was silicon on bulb and socket and bulb broke upon my attempt to remove. Had to use needle nose pliers to get metal base of old bulb from socket, then all went well.

I called the repair/parts number to make sure I had correct parts and the young lady instructed me as to the size of the serving tray; within 48 hours we had the VERY carefully wrapped carton opened and back in the microwave, working perfectly. Thank you. We'll recommend you to our friends!

Replaced light bulb.

removed grill cover, removed bulb plate, unscrew bulb, screw new bulb in socket,put bulb cover back on and screw grill cover back on. no issues whatsoever.

All I had to do was lay the new tray in the microwave. Easy as pie. Also, the new tray arrived very quickly.

We took out 10 screws on bottom of microwave. Removed turntable motor. Determined motor was bad by turning and listening while it was turned by hand. Bought motor online. 2 days later motor arrived and we installed it...EASY BREEZE Microwave works GREAT....

For grease filter, just slipped it in outside area. For charcoal filter, unscrewed the top of microwave and replaced existing filter, then screwed back the top.

My husband open the microwave and see the capacitor melted. He try to find the piece in store,but unfortunatly he didn't find any. I found the piece on the web and ordered it.
