Unplugged the washer, turned off water supply to washer, using channel lock pliers disconnected hoses to valve assembly, using nut driver removed two screws on back of console, pulled console away from top exposing valve, disconnected wire harness from valve assembly, using nut driver removed two screws holding valve assembly in place, r ... Read more emoved defective valve assembly, transferred foam spacer from defective valve assembly to new valve assembly and installed new valve in opposite order of removal.

Pulled the nut off the inside middle piece of agitator and replaced part.

any electrical device unplug the power cord. I followed the instructions the best I could understand them. but once the part was removed I took pics from my cell phone of how the wiring ran, and also what other connections I had to undo. all connections were made, connected the hot n cold hoses, plugged into the washer no beeps or sounds ... Read more as before opened the hot n cold water valves, and the tub was being filled with water. could not turn on the washer, no lights or beeps... so I gave up I spent too much time on this machine and money too, hope to get an RMA for the Lid Switch assembly

Unplug the cord and shut off hot and cold water faucets.

headache avoidance: The male threads of the inlet valve are plastic. Gently turn the female hose ends onto them at the kitchen table with the eventual position in mind then tighten.

3. Pull electric leads from 2 solenoids (easy).
4. Remove 2 long screws holding upper painted structure (easy).
5. Remove 2 screws holding valve in place (easy).
6. Tilt and slide the valve loose and pull it out (easy).
7. Replace valve and reverse steps 6-1.

n.b. no inside water tubes; water drips straight into tub

Also, an hour should be enough. I spent more time than needed guessing, dealing with a few issues, opening the machine again, starting over, etc.

ps. I guessed at the age.

looked up part not exactly easy. that was the hard part. it was delivered next day and just had to pop into place extremely easy instalation

Look it up on YouTube to see how to repair the problem. Unscrewed the necessary screws. Took apart the top, pop open the loader replace the bezel. Put everything back together again. Was simple.

Lift the cover, undo too screws, Slide out broken part, slide in new part put in the screws and close the lid.A piece of cake.

Remove old pump install new one. Three bolts and an electrical connection

Took top of the washer then took one rod off at a time and replace with the new one, the back two are a little bit harder to do but it works great now.

We changed the circuit board once, and the door latch mechanism twice because we ordered a faulty part. Then we had to hire a service man to program the circuit board, and to inform us that the door latch mechanism was faulty.

Follow the super simple, precise instructions and it is very easy. Only harder part was unclipping the front of the lid.

Removed parts from old lid (bumpers, switch component and hinges), removed old lid, then replaced parts on new lid. The new lid fit perfectly and looks great.

1) Unplug washer
2) Remove water supply hoses
3) Remove drain hose
4) Tilt washer forward
5) Remove 4 bolts covering the motor assembly to access belt.
6) Remove old belt by turning it off the pullies.
7) The new belt needed to be stretched by attaching one end of the belt to one of the pullies using a zip ti ... Read more e. I did this by drilling a small hole in the larger pulley, large enough to allow the zip tie to pass through.
8) After tightening the zip tie to the belt, slowly turn the larger pulley to stretch the belt on to the smaller pulley.
9) Make sure belt is properly seated on both pullies.
10) Reinstall the cover.
11) Reattach drain hose and supply hoses.
12) Plug washer back in.
