A worn latch may leave the door loose, prevent the appliance from starting, or cause it to stop when the door moves. Check for food buildup and inspect the hooks and hinges before ordering a replacement. Match the part to the full appliance model and parts diagram. Disconnect power before opening the door assembly, keep clear of internal high-voltage areas, and have a qualified technician test the interlock system after repair.

Part #WB06X10625
Uneven tray movement or loud rattling can be caused by a cracked roller ring or a wheel that no longer turns. The ring supports the glass tray and helps it rotate smoothly during cooking. First remove food buildup and check the tray, center drive piece, and oven floor for damage. Match the replacement to the full appliance model because ring size and wheel position can vary. Disconnect power before inspection and handle the glass tray with care. Set every wheel flat in its guide, then turn the tray by hand to check its movement.

how do you replace the door handle?
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Ronald, thank you for your inquiry. To remove the door handle, first, you may need to open the door and by using the putty knife, pry off the inner door trim to expose the screws holding the handle in place. Unthread the screws to remove the old handle and then install the new part. We hope this is helpful!

Had to replace charcoal filter
15 of 25 people found this instruction helpful.
  • Jared from SIERRA VISTA, AZ
  • Easy
  • 15 - 30 mins
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.

Old filter did seem to be a little thicker (filter material), but the new one was the exact same dimen sions, so it went in properly. Wish the filter material was white, so you knew just how dirty it was actually getting. But... :-D
