HGTC1134W001 General Electric Microwave - Instructions

The unbelievable happened. Our glass carousel cooking tray developed a crack. Each day the crack got longer. I ordered a new one on Tuesday and it arrived the next morning just before the cracked one completely cracked. I have never experienced such fast service. I highly recommend PartSelect and their helpful service.

I ordered the part and when I recieved it, I saw that I had orderd the wrong size. I called and customer service was very friendly and helped me to get the correct part. they sent the new part out and even though it was christmas hollidays I recieved it the day after Christmas. Great Company

I went on line and tped in GE your web site came up. It didn't even take 5 minutes to order the part. The best part was I ordered it on Sunday and when I got home from work that Tuesday it was at my front door. I will certainly use your company again.

Opened the box and put the new tray in the micro wave. Drank a beer and made microwave popcorn. The End!

i had to replace the cooking tray after 9 yrs as i dropped it and broke it. i ordered the new tray in feb and rec'd it right away. the new tray mysteriously burst one day in the microwave after a few weeks. i spoke w someone at partselect and they replaced it right away. wonderful customer service. thank you.

We were so happy to be able to order a replacement glass microwave tray after I broke ours during cleaning. In this throw-away world we live in, we assumed we would just have to buy a new microwave but ours was only two years old so we really didn't want to do that. First, I waste $65 by calling some "REPAIR" service. They showed at home and charge me that just to tell me
Second, I researched on the web and ordered a part, which was not the issue. I waste abnother $72
Third, I found Part-Select and got the right answer: the Diode was the problem. Ordered the part form Part-Select and it FIx ... Read more ed it !!!

Note: I did not buy a new microwave because this one is mounted on the wall and it will cost me +$800 just the lowest price.

Easy installation , remove microwave cover housing ,locate fuse by door catch & replace..
Received quickly..
Replaced fuse , removed microwave cover housing , located fuse adjacent door catch removed & installed new fuse...

remove the housing,replaced the magnetron and reassembled.no problems at all

I replaced old tray with new. Received replacement part in two days. I was surprised at the quick response time. The part ordered was right the first time.

Put it in place. Ordered replacement over internet on Wednesday and part arrived Friday. Very fast service!
