H4100PRW Hardwick Range - Instructions

After attempting to order this part from Whirlpool twice and twice receiving the wrong thing, found correct part on PartSelect in about one minute. Shipment came fast and the repair was very simple, under five minutes. You just pop the pieces in place and snap the piece back onto the oven.

removed then installed new unit by hand. received order the next day-am. delivery time great.

I put the 2 burner knobs on and now I have 4 working burners....Thanks for the quick delivery....

We lifted up the stove top, slipped the burner assembly in. It fit! who knew that we could get a part to an old stove without the model number, just by looking at a picture of the part! Terrific!

I didn't. Don't know how to get to light bulb to change it for this specific model

Removed locking wire from bottom burner assembly then I pulled the element out and replaced with the new one.

Easy......pulled out the old one easily and popped in the new one.......saved a lot of money...no repair bill for either diagnostic fee or assembly fee ...No mark up for the part either. Very happy mom!

I inserted the door strikes in the proper position and then snapped the panel in place.

The heat sealing strips are elastic type material with hooks on each end. I simply removed the old strips and hooked the new ones in place.
It was easier than I ever dreamed possible!
And my kitchen is now nice and cool.

Lifted lid, removed old burner units, replace with new ones. In less than two min. Was back up and cooking.

l removed the top section after the grates. Then l took the phillips screws out of the three brackets which hold the L brace which supports the controls,thermostat and the regulator. Only because l did not have a closed-end ratchet wrench for 1/4" and l could not locate my 1/4" socket for my small rachet. l disconnected all gas lines and ... Read more the thermocouple, then l used the power screwdriver without the apex which makes it a great power 1/4" nutdriver and took out the two screws holding the thermostat. Then l just reversed all the steps installing the new thermostat and once l got the air out and gas was pure l lit the pilot lights and everything worked great. And l adjusted my top burner pilot lights a little higher to prevent them from gettig blown out so easy. Done deal.

Removed the ice brucket,
Removed the light shield by releasing one screw using a nutdriver.
Replacing the bulb and reinstalled the light shield.

finally after years of searching for trays of this size with no luck in local stores, I was able to find and purchase 2 sets, one set for my daughter, which we were able to put in place to clean up our stoves and make them more appealing . Thank-you for your prompt service.

This was not a difficult task. I just slid the valve knob on the shaft, repair was complete. This was a very easy diy project.

I took the broiler pan out of the shipping container and put it in the oven.
