Old Filter, need to replace. Couldn't find product at any local store (Lowes, Manards, Farm n Fleet, and Sears). had to order online.

Plastic battery tray broke from being removed and reinstalled over the past 8 yrs.

Took the new tray from the package, put a new battery in it and slid the new tray & battery into the base of the RO faucet. No problem, just as it should have been, except the new tray should have come with a new rubber washer.
