Twist off old support collar counter clock wise from top of cooler twist on clock wise new support collar and probe,DONE!
Store old support collar somewhere because I might need it someday among everything else I may need someday!

broken probe leaking water from sides of cooler
There iare no screws to remove this parts sits on top of the cooler just remove the water bottle and pull up the collar wash the new collar and place back in on top align unit replace bottle water and check for any leaks.

Water was leaking from my water cooler
I NOTICED THE PLUNGER ON THE RIM OF THE COOLER HAD SOME BROKEN PIECES.I sent away for the replacement part and installed it,following all the cleaning instructions. Everything seems to be working find,but to be safe I put a rubber boot tray under the unit in case there was a leak. Very happy so far.

water leaking from side of unit
twisted the old one counter clock wise, cleaned machine well, installed new collar by twisting it clockwise, that was it.
