Simple replacement part.

The plastic is real weak and the articulation point is not manufactured strong. Simply used a flat head screwdriver to get the first few inches of the gasket out of its track and after that just pulled it by hand. At first, ordered only a latch only to discover the mounting strip had instead failed. Ordering parts wasn't difficult although the parts catalog graphic leaves a lot to desire.
