FGS325RQ1 Roper Range - Instructions

After we put the latch pins in, the door was easily lifted off. We placed the door on the table and unscrewed the trim pieces. The new trim pieces went into place after we cleaned the door. We slipped the door back on the oven and removed the hinge pins.

Unscrewed old pan and screwed on new one.

Pop old one out and new one in

Unplugged stove.
Pulled stove out.
Unscrewed screws and removed cover.
Removed & replaced sensor.
Reinstalled cover & screws.
Plugged in stove and pushed back in.
Only problem was when I pulled stove out, lid opened and disconnected the gas line to a burner.

Replace the gas valve. It is simple to replace, but please note that it comes configured for Natural Gas. If you are using Propane, there are two changes you need to make first.

1. Remove and invert the gas pressure regulator. See page 11 of the owners manual.

2. Tighten down the orifice hood all the way about 2 1 ... Read more /2 turns. It comes configured to stick farther up into the air mixer. See page 12.

The hardest part was taking out original light bulb because screws on shield where hard to unscrew after all this years . The old bulb vent out leaving neck in socket. It took narrow electrical pliers to get neck out .The generic appliance bulb did not fit and had aluminum neck ,not recommended for brass sockets in ovens.Putting new ligh ... replaced light socket but did not repair problem. must have burned the motherboard.

I used the allen wrenches to block the hinges, removed the oven door and used the kitchen counter for a work station. I removed the trim piece at the bottom which released the side trim and oven glass front, and then reversed the procedure. It took more time to clean things than to do the exchange. My only issue is with Fed Ex who del ... Read more ived the first trim piece bent in the middle inside a crushed box. Part Select had another part sent the same day after I called them.

Turned off CB for the oven,Remove the oven from the cabinet , remove the back of the oven, replaced the light Assembly. turned on CB for the oven, tested the light. and truned off the CB and replace the back and reinstalled the oven in the cabinet.

It was worth the money for that little screw, since I didn't have to run all over trying to find the right one.

very easy

1. Unscrewed glass cover on bulb
2. Removed old bulb
3. Screwed in new bulb
4. Replaced glass cover
5. Mixed drink & baked cupcakes

Screwed in light bulb and glass protector

removed the old ones.then installed the new ones.

My husband took the plastic cover off and took out old bulb and screwed in the new one. Then put the cover back on.
