Hello and thank you for writing. Take off the vent across the top (three long screws) to expose a single screw over the keypad. Remove the single screw, and the whole keypad console will lift up and off, likely hanging by a plastic tab/support on the bottom. We would recommend testing that part first, and if that is fine, the diode should be tested next. The other part that could be the problem is the magnetron. Here are the part numbers.
