My oven won’t heat at all. all I hear is a click when attempting to start. The temp gauge reads 100 and stays there. The broiler does turns on though when initiated.

Hello Rosalie, Thank you for your inquiry. The clicking sound can come from the spark module or igniter trying to light the gas but not succeeding. Check the igniter, temperature sensor, limit thermostat and spark module inside the stove. Good luck with your repair.
Almost every time(some times it works perfect) when the oven reaches the set temperature it locks the control panel and shuts down. I need to disconnect power for a minute and then it work fine. An error code never appears. Could it be the control panel? Thank You.

Hi Joe, thank you for contacting us. Based on our research, the issue is most probably with the oven control board, part number PS12749648. It monitors the temperature and controls the oven heating functions. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Hi Paola, thank you for contacting us. There is no natural gas conversion kit. To convert back to natural gas, you will need the natural gas orifices. They come attached with the surface burner orifice holder. The right rear surface burner orifice holder is part number PS12718182, the left front surface burner orifice holder is part number PS12718211. Left front surface orifice holder is part number PS12718212. The central orifice holder is part number PS12718213, and the right front surface burner orifice holder is PS12718214. We hope that helps!

I called a repair place. They charged $54 to diagnose, (said it needed a new latch motor) then wanted $220 to complete the repair. I checked online prices and did it myself for about 15 minutes work and the latch motor itself ($44?).
