The large burner stopped working
For model number FGEF3035RFA
Hello Gregory, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is probably with the infinite switch, part number PS3504401. It turns the surface element on and off and controls how much heat the element produces. We would also recommend inspecting the terminals of the burner and making sure no wire is cut off and no connection is loose. Customer service is always available to help you place an order if you are having trouble doing so. Good luck with your repair.

Hello Carrie, thank you for contacting us. It is quite possible that the fan motor, part number PS2378860, might have failed. The motor can be checked by unplugging the oven, removing the back panel, and testing the motor with a multimeter. Also, check the wiring of the fan. If this does not help, the issue is probably related to the control board, part number PS12074908. Customer service is available 7 days a week if you require assistance placing an order. Thanks again for reaching out!

First we removed two screws under the rim of the range top to open the lid. Lifted the lid and removed the screws from the bracket that holds the elements, Be careful with the clips that hold the element in, if you break them or bend them there aren't any more! Also note which holes they were in, they are marked according to the differ
