Refrigerator section is not maintaining a cold enough temperature even though I have it set on the coldest setting. It reads 50 degrees on the thermometer I put on the shelve. Freezer is maintaining a temperature below 30 degrees. What could be the problem with the refrigerator section? I just bought it in 2019.
For model number FFTR1821TS0
Hello Louise, Thank you for the question. We suggest checking the Evaporator Fan Motor in the freezer. Make sure it is running to circulate the cold air through the appliance and into the fresh food section. We hope this solves your problem!

My fridge is leaking water bottom inside (under the fruit basket)i checked the filter all
Ok… what can i do
For model number FFTR1821TS0
Hello Jas, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding, we would recommend checking the drain tube for clogging. If it is clear, then the issue is most probably with the defrost thermostats, part number PS6448122. If the defrost system is not working properly, it can lead to a buildup of ice on the evaporator coils, leading to potential water leakage when the ice melts. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
