I was surprised that the screws and trim piece were not included so make sure you have them from the old handle or order new. First removed the broken ends still on the freezer. I removed the small metal brackets from the old handle and put them on the new one, screwed the handle to the freezer and put the trim piece on. Real easy.

first removed two screws that held handle. Then replaced. Ordered a motor 3 years ago from land office with verbal over counter instructions and that was easier but to get part this time was very simple ! With the model number and name brand input on site I had part in 3 days instead of waiting for a chance to visit land store and HOPE th

I should have ordered start kit instead of start capacitor. The start cap astir did not fix problem so I ordered kit. Compasator comes as part of kit. Followed enclosed instructions. Cut existing wires and reconnected new wiring. Simple as that. It's a plug in item. Now worried it may be working to good. Freezer down to 10 deg. Watching

The handle for the freezer arrived the next day. Most of the time repairs at home are alway a challenge. But the handle was placed where it belonged in about 5 minutes. It was the easiest repair we ever had and now we don't have problemes opening the freezer. Thanks so much.
