Oven is taking over 45 minutes to preheat to any heated setting.
For model number FFGF3052TSA
Hello, Thank you for your question. You will want to try and reset the unit by flipping the circuit breaker and then allowing it to sit like that for 1 minute. Once you flip it back on it should run properly. If not you may wish to check the elements, the sensor, and the control board.

When I plug-in my oven it starts beeping and display F08 error code. Can you tell me what this code is and how to fix it. Thanks
For model number FFGF3052TSA
Hi Syed, thank you for reaching out. Error F08 indicates that the oven control board is either not getting the proper voltage or is defective. Unplug the appliance for 10 minutes, and then plug it back in. If the error code reappears, the voltage will need to be checked on the control board per the wiring diagram. If that checks out, you may need to replace the control board, part number PS12717913. We hope this helps!

The right front burner does not light. It does make the clicking sound that its trying. I cleaned the igniter probe and it worked for a couple of days and stopped working again. What part do I need to repair this?
For model number FFGF3052TSA
Hi Mark,
Thank you for your question. If the surface burners are not igniting, there are a couple of things that you will need to check. First check and see if the burner caps are aligned correctly. If they are not aligned correctly, you will need to re-position them. If you have recently cleaned the cooktop, or if there has been excess moisture caused from either cooking or spills, remove the burner caps, and allow the burners to dry out before using them again. If there is food debris in the burners, they will need to be cleaned, so they can work properly. If you have done all this and the burners will not light, you may need to replace either the spark module, the spark ignition switch, or the igniter. We hope this helps!
