FEP330VL1 Whirlpool Range - Instructions

I removed the burner element, then the drip pan. I took off the old block. Then I had to strip the old wires. Then I put on the heat sleeve, then attached the new wires to the old wires with nuts. Put heat sleeve over this and heated with lighter. Then put everything back together.

I shut off the breaker checked for power then cut old plugs making sure to allow a little slack. Tightened down wire nuts put on a couple wraps of electrical tape and that was it. Burners work great now I would reccomend this product to anyone with a similar problem.

We read comments by other DIYers and then looked at the video on YouTube. Our range is old and the screw holding the clamp for the block was too tight to remove so we removed the block from the old clamp and left clamp intact. Turned the circuit breaker off. Removed old bowls and replaced with new ones. Easy. Piece of cake. Perfect fit.thanks.

Searched the internet for the replacement part, placed the order and then disconnected the old one and inserted the new burner prongs into the socket. Worked perfectly!!!

I lifted the stove top and cut the two wire connected to the block. Attached the new wire connectors, new block and checked to make sure it was working. The part that took the longest was getting the screw out of the mounting brracked(it was corroded on). I sprayed some WD40 and waited 5 minuts, it came loose. Then i mounted the new b ... Needed new drip pans for range top. Easy fix. Was impressed on how quick the parts were shipped out to me.

Removed old ones replaced with new oned

Purchased appropriate drip pans here. They arrived overnight, much to our surprise! The range elements were easy to remove, and the drip pans fit precisely as they were designed to do. Ta Da! repair completed.

Cut the old wires off, removed the screw holding the clamp, installed the new parts. Problems I encountered were the wire nuts.
