EHS340 Caloric Range - Instructions

Purchased 2 piece broiler pan from this site

Removed all terminals and block mounting screws. Repaired one burnt terminal and reassembled. Replacement part was an exact fit and reassembly whnet very well.

shortened gasket for this oven. moved hook approx. 1 inch. used high temp adhesive. simple fix.

My husband simply unscrewed the screws on each side and put on the new bake element. Just need to remember to UNPLUG the stove as he had a few sparks at first . . . other than that, it was simple. Thanks!!!

Unscrewed element connection and replaced with new one! Better than buying a new stove??thank you! We did turned off the circuit breaker!!

Removed the small metal panel covering the main power terminal in back of the electric range. Removed the nuts holding the red, white and black electrical wires from the range using the appropriate socket (there will be two nuts on each bolt end). Removed the two screws holding the main power terminal block with appropriate screw driver. ... Read more Connect the new main power terminal block to the range using the two screws. Reconnect the red, black and white electrical wires coming from the range using one nut for each wire. IMPORTANT: do no over tighten the nuts because the bolts could snap. Reconnect the pigtail and secure the small metal panel covering the main power panel.

Unplug power cord, remove wires from block. take 2 screws out. replace with new block about 15 mins. Done

Had to screw off old terminal block & screw on new one

I went to the source of power on the stove and noticed one of the terminals had come loose from the terminal block and had shorted out against the cover of the terminal junction. This is a simple replacement. The hardest part was that I had to shorten the seal because it comes 15 to 17 inches. So it needed to be shortened to properly fit. I cut the seal to fit, then took the metal hook on the end and super glued it to the cut end. I put a weight on it to make sure
