We were told by the appliance salesman that this part was discontinued and we needed to replace the entire hood...$1500. Parts Select had the part, using a Samsung number, for $331. Purchased a screw extractor set from the local Ace Hardware (SpeedOut). Be sure and carefully follow the screw extractor instructions as written (counterclockwise turn). Removed old screws and replaced them with new screws supplied by PartSelect.
