Plug
Part #040-11400-30
An oil drain plug is a part designed to facilitate a convenient and controlled method for draining the oil from an engine and is commonly positioned at the lower part of the machine, threaded into the oil sump or pan, offering an easier point for oil removal. This plug is designed for use within various types of small engine equipment and requires a hex socket wrench to remove and install. This plug is an OEM part that is sold as an individual and prevents any oil from leaking from the oil sump/pan and need only be removed for oil changes. If you notice an oil leak or poorer performance from your equipment, it may be due to an oil leak caused by a broken or loose plug. Gasket – Part Number: 021-11400-20

Gasket
Part #021-11400-20
This gasket, also known as the oil drain plug gasket, is a ring-shaped, metal component used in outdoor power engines. It is supplied by the manufacturer and can be found at the bottom of the engine oil pan where the drain plug is installed. The gasket is responsible for sealing the area between the oil drain plug and the engine block to prevent oil from leaking during oil changes. Over time the gasket can wear down, corrode, or crack. If the gasket can no longer seal the area, oil will escape from the oil pan, leading to inadequate lubrication, increased friction, and engine damage. Before you begin the repair, drain the oil from the engine to prevent contamination. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the oil drain plug. Peel off the old gasket, and thoroughly clean the drain plug and oil pan surface. Install the new gasket and ensure that it sits firmly on the oil pan. Finally, reinstall the drain plug, and be careful to avoid overtightening it.

Seal-int Valve
Part #132-07AA0-50
This intake valve seal is an OEM part that creates a tight seal between the intake valve and the cylinder head, preventing air-fuel mixture leakage. A broken seal may show signs of being distorted, cracked, or torn, and you may notice leakage around the valve. If the broken seal is not replaced, it can harm engine performance and efficiency. To remove the seal, disconnect components like the intake and exhaust manifolds, and unbolt the cylinder head from the engine block. Locate the seal and use a socket wrench to remove the fasteners securing the valve spring retainer. Compress the valve spring with a valve spring compressor and remove the valve keepers. Release the compressor and take off the retainer and spring. Gently tap the seal intake valve with a rubber mallet to loosen and remove it. Please bear in mind that this seal is sold individually and the valve is sold separately.
